BOATHURAM, Ernest - Was summoned for driving a bad horse on the street. Chief English who laid the n1sp013

information testified that the horse was a rigtous outlaw, said that it had damaged a buggy, nearly overturned a

wagon and went plugging and squealing down the street placing many people in danger. When it finally fell if

took the combined efforts of many men to restrap the brute. Boatheram said he could hve controlled the horse but

the lines became crossed. It was not a horse he was breaking. He had hitched it up to see if any harnus was broken.

He is a regular horse breaker and is breaking a bunch of horses for Dr. Hobbs. He promised never to drive such a

horse on the street again and was allowed to go. 4/13/1907
