MICHAEL J. DEWALD

Michael J. Dewald, Jr., age 15 of Bayard, NM, entered into eternal rest. The memorial Mass was celebrated on Friday, March 3, 1995 at the church with the Rev. Paulus Kao presiding.

The young boy had been missing for 15 months before his body was found in a shallow grave near his school. Foul play is suspected and the incident remains under investigation.

Michael J. Dewald, Jr., was born Jan. 8, 1980 in Silver City, NM to Michael and Denise (Ruthe) Dewald. Religious and school information in paper.

He is survived by his parents, of Bayard, NM; his brother, Christopher Dewald at home; his sister: Kimberly Zamora and husband, Robert and their children, Robert and Samantha Lea, all of El Paso, TX; and grandparents, Ralph and Bernice Dewald of Bowdle.
