BERTHA BIEBER

Bertha Beiber, age 80 of Tolstoy, died Thursday, Aug. 25, 1994 at St. Luke's Midland regional Medical center in Aberdeen from injuries sustained in a pickup-pedestrian accident (in Tolstoy).

Her funeral was Tuesday at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bowdle. More on religious service in paper.

Bertha Stotz was born Feb. 12, 1914 in rural Faulk County to Christine (Kessler) and Jacob P. Stotz. Schooling in paper.

She married George H. Bieber on Sept. 4, 1933 at the Seventh-day Adventist Church northeast of Tolstoy. More on work and life in paper.

Survivors include her husband of Tolstoy; two sons: Jim R. Bieber of Lincoln, NE and Rodney L. Bieber of Helena, MT; two sisters: Mrs. Mary Jutzy of Bowdle Nursing Home and Mrs. Esther Schoeder of Spencer, IA; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.

Pallbearers were Jim Bieber, Jr., of Cave Springs, AR; Ken Bieber and Randy Bollinger of Lincoln, NE; Fed Harner of Tolstoy; David Nelson of Spencer, IA; and Clifford Stotz of Inver Grove Heights, MN.
