Services under the direction of Miller-Huebl Funeral Home of Aberdeen, were Sept. 26, at Good shepherd Lutheran Church with the Rev. Roger Noer officiating. burial followed at Sunset Memorial Gardens at Aberdeen.
Rose Marie Mackin was born March 31, 1923, at Glen Ullin, ND, to Roy and Frieda (Kunkle) Mackin.
She married Edward Leitholt on Dec. 24, 1940 at Miles City, MT where they made their first home and her husband worked for the Milwaukee Railroad.

Survivors include one son: Lyle E. Leitholt of Columbus, IN; three daughters: Mrs. Bernard (Judy) Cavanaugh of DeSmet; Mrs. Louis (Jane) Zarantenello of Decauter, TX; and Audrey Leitholt of Aberdeen; two brothers: William Mackin of Kalispell, MT; and Lloyd Mackin of Miles City, MT; one sister: Agnes Sunell of Columbia Falls, MT; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, two sisters (one in infancy) and one great-grandson.
