LEVERN C. HERMAN

LeVern C. (Clem) Herman, age 68 of Aberdeen, died Jan. 24, 1995 at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls after an extended illness.
Mass of Christian Burial was Jan. 28, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Aberdeen with the Rev. Bob Vinslauski officiating. Burial followed at Sunset Memorial Garden, Aberdeen, under the direction of Miller-Huebl Funeral Home of Aberdeen with military graveside rites by Sidney L. Smith American Legion Post #24.

LeVern C. (Clem) Herman was born Feb. 26, 1926 at Hoven to Fred and Mary (Hettich) Herman, Sr. More on schooling and work in paper.

He married Anna Marie Frost Feb 14, 1848 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hoven. More on work in paper.

Survivors include his wife of Aberdeen; nine sons: Ronald (Pete) Herman and James Herman of Aberdeen; Doug Herman of Aurora, CO; Cal Herman of Lakewood, CO; Richard Herman of Brooklyn Park, MN; 1st Lt. John Herman of St. Louis Park, MN; Bob Herman of Fargo, ND; and Scott Herman of Sioux Falls; three daughters: Linda Jensen of St. Louis Park, MN; Mrs. Steven (Kathy) Vance of Lakewood, CO; and Nikole Herman of Aberdeen; three brothers: Elton Herman of Casper, WY; Barney Herman of Mina; and Fred Herman, Jr., of Crawford, CO; one sister: Mrs. Ray (Dorothy) Dobberpuhl of Aberdeen; two half sisters: Agatha Coffey of Gladstone, MI; and Caroline Reinken of Las Vegas, NV; 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two half brothers, and one sister.
