PHYLLIS J. SCHAEFFER

Phyllis J. Schaefer, age 60 of Hoven, died Feb. 7, 1995 at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Mass of Christian Burial was Feb. 10, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hoven with the Rev. William Osborn celebrating the Mass.

Phyllis Jean Zweber was born Feb. 20, 1934 to Anton and Mary (Koehn) Zweber at Hoven.

She married Leo H. Schaefer on Sept. 16, 1952 at Hoven. Farming in paper.

Survivors include her husband of Hoven, four sons: Don Schaefer, Dan Schaefer, and Tom Schaefer of Hoven; and Alan Schaefer of Selby; five daughters: Debra Neumayr of Fairbanks, AL; Diane Kula of Gettysburg; Carol Waldman of Onaka; Linda Schaefer of Pierre; and Susie Helm of Mobridge; one sister: Geraldine Gisness of Rapid City; four sons-in-law: Mark Neumayr of Fairbanks, AL; Mike Kula of Gettysburg; Shannon Waldman of Onaka; and Brian Helm of Mobridge; two daughters-in-law: Bev Schaefer of Hoven and Chris Schaefer of Selby; grandchildren: Erin and Sarah Kula; Nancy, Bill, Bob and Amanda Schaefer; Dan Keith, and Kay Waldman; Darwin and Cheryl Schaefer; and Kim Helm.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Cletus Zweber.

Pallbearers were don Schaefer and Dan Schaefer of Hoven; Alan Schaefer of Selby; Mike Kula of Gettysburg; Mark Neumayr of Fairbanks, AL; and Brian Helm of Mobridge.
