Judith A. Allen was born Sept. 1, 1940 in Alexandria, MN to Donald L. and Anna R. (Haney) Allen. She moved with her family to Arcadia, CA at the age of 12. She graduated from San Gabriel Mission High School in 1959.
She married Royce L. Hackl on July 6, 1961 in Hoven. This is where she lived the remainder of her life.

Survivors included her husband of Hoven; four children: Kathryn L. Manfull of Billings, MT; James A. Hackl of Conroe, TX; Suzette M. Hackl, SDSU Brookings; and Thomas P. Hackl of Hoven; her mother: Anna R. Allen of Cameron Park, CA; her brother: David L. Allen of Alamo, CA; one sister: Mary Allen-Calligan of Cameron Park, CA; and three grandchildren: Scott and Jake Hackl of Conroe, TX; and Krystyn Manfull of Billings, MT.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald L. Allen.
Pallbearers were Ron Kaup, Bob Simon, Ed Rausch, Jerome Hageman, Tom Davis, and Bob Gabrielson, all of Hoven.
