ESTHER BACHMAN

Esther Bachman, age 64, of Bowdle, died Monday, April 10, 1995 at the Bowdle Hospital.

Esther Brenner was born to Catherine (Schumacher) and Nicholas Brenner on April 16, 1930 at rural Hoven, Potter County. Education detailed in paper.

She married Bernard Bachman on Sept. 17, 1951 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hoven. They settled on a farm east of Bowdle where she lived the remainder of her life.

Survivors include her husband of Bowdle; three sons: Wayne Bachman of Huron; Gary Bachman of Bowdle; and Denis Bachman of Mobridge; two brothers: Albert Brenner of Kerkhoven, MN; and Roman Brenner of Hoven; three sisters: Mrs. Katherine Hanley of Longmont, CO; Mrs. Ed (Margaret) Bradley of Smyrna, GA; and Carol Brenner of Sioux Falls; and one grandson: Christopher Bachman of Mobridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers (two of whom were in infancy) and one sister.

Pallbearers were Don Bachman of Aberdeen; Brad Bachman, John Brenner, and Dan Brenner of Hoven; Ralph Dewald and Joe B. Dewald of Bowdle.
