Donna was once again RootsWeb's specialist in arrangements.  She wrote and printed flyers to be handed out, ordered pens, made stickers and a neat table decoration, "the Tree" and packed up and sent everything off to the Biltmore Hotel to be ready on her arrival.  She asked - and nagged - on IRC and on the staff mailing list to make sure those coming had rooms.  She was on the phone to the hotel to check reservations.

Well .... wouldn't you know it .... things were not all going to run smoothly, but we finally got set up and finally knew who was coming and who had which room. Donna, Linda and Margaret were there for the full time. Charles and Karen came mid-conference, Rhonda was also in attendance as a lecturer, and Tim and Ellen drove down from their home in Massachusetts 3 of the conference days, bringing Morgan and Hajni along.

Donna had done a lookup on the UPS package tracing site and knew all three boxes had been delivered to the Biltmore.  That's more than the Biltmore knew.  They took their sweet time and then only brought up 2 boxes.  Until Donna went online to find who had signed for the 3rd one, the Biltmore assumed they hadn't gotten it.  They finally found it and we got over to the convention center and got set up for the next day.
