The submitter has given permission to the Alberta Digital Archives to store the file permanently for free access. *************************************************************************** NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to the Parliament of Canada at its next Session thereof, for an Act to incorporate a Comapny to be known as the Edmonton, Dunvegan and British Columbia Railway Company, to construct, equip and maintain and operate a line of railway from a point at or near the City of Edmonton, thence in a North-Westerly direction by the most feasible route to a point at or near the Town of Dunvegan, thence following the Valley of the Peace River in a Westerly direction to a point at or near it confluence with the Parsnip River in the Province of British Columbia, thence Southerly folliwng the Valley of the Parsnip River by the most feasible route to a point at or near the Town of Fort George in the Province of British Columbia, with all such powers, rights and privileges as are incidental and necessary thereto.
