Strathcona Assault Case
Before Magistrate Connelly yesterday afternoon Harry McKay and Alf McKay were arraigned 
charged with breaking into the house of a German and his wife named Hiram P. And J - -e Heap 
and assulted them. The defendants admitted the second charge and were given a  nominal fine 
besides the costs of the case. The prosecuting attorney was Mr. J.R. Lavell and the defendant 
Mr. N.D. Mille.
