Hello and Welcome! I'm Vikki Gray, your County Coordinator for Calgary County, Alberta. I just took over the site from Brian Longway on July 20, 2001. Thanks for your hard work Brian!. Please note that I manage the site but it is your site, so feel free to offer suggestions or pitch in and help! You may want to look at the volunteer section below to find ways in which you can help. I am sorry but I cannot do research because I do not live in Calgary County, although my ancestors lived here.

Would you like to help? We need you!

Do you have any Local History books that you would be willing to use for an occasional lookup request?
Would you be willing to post Calgary County obituaries on the GenConnect boards?
Would you be willing to transcribe local cemeteries or photograph local historical buildings?
Do you visit the local library occasionally? If so, could you do a lookup while you are there?
Do you have access to some other historical records, such as wills, diaries, census returns, etc. that you would be willing to transcribe?
Do you have any old Calgary County yearbooks you would be willing to index or do a lookup in?
If you do research in Calgary County or at the Alberta Archives for a fee, let me know. I will post that in the appropriate area also.
