Bawlf Historical Society - c/o Bawlf Village Office -Box 40 Bawlf Alberta -T0B-OJO A society preserving the historical content of the area , with past accomplishments of the publishing of " We Came, We Stayed " History book, and present ownership of the Bawlf United Church building. Camrose Museum - Located at the old fairgrounds in Camrose, this site is well worth seeing. This society is very active in preserving antiques and buildings as well as historical data , from the Camrose County. Contact the City of Camrose office for details.
Duhamel Historical Society- A society with many ongoing projects at present, including area Historical plaques and points of interest pertaining to the early trails once used by the earliest people of the county. Contact Stan Trautman for details.
HayLakes Historical Society- Box 291 HayLakes Alberta -T0B-1WO -Past accomplishments include the publishing of the "Each Step Left It's Mark " history book. Involved with the preservation of local history, and have a Heritage festival every year on Sunday of the 3rd week in August, that honours early families of the area , as well as a church service and picnic on the HayLakes Telegraph site.
Kingman Historical Society- Main St. - Kingman , Alberta 780-672-8220 A local society preserving the surrounding School districts information and general History of the families . Main projects are: School District signs manufactured and installed on original School sites and the maintenance and daily hours of their 'Tea Room' guest facilities.
