George Duristus of Leduc in her 18th year.

EDWARDS 1904-11-25 - Woodstock, Ontario Died - John EDWARDS journeyman, shoemaker, was found

dead in a slaughterhouse yesterday, about a mile from the city. It is suppposed he was dead

since November 19. Foul play is suspected.

ELLIOTT 1904-07-07 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - James ELLIOTT son of Thomas Elliot at 6th Street,

Edmonton, drowned in the North Saskatchewan river.

ELMER 1904-11-23 - Bon Accord, Alberta Died - W.R. ELMER Died on November 20th at the home of

Baptist Pastor J.M. McQuarrie, W.R. Elmer

EMERY 1904-12-19 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Arthur Southgate EMERY the 12 year old son of Mr. E.C.

Emery of the law firm of Beck, Emery and Newell, Edmonton was buried. The lad died form a

skull fracture resulting from being struck in the mouth by a hockey puck.

to catch a train, John Fairgrieve of Galt died entering the car here today.

FANERSON 1904-01-25 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Samuel FANERSON the young man who was struck by a

falling tree a few days ago at Walter's lumber camp, died at the Public Hospital.

electrocuted on Saturday in the power house.

killed by lightning while working in the fields.

Percival, infant son of Mr. And Mrs. T. Grindley.

GUELA 1904-06-03 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Juela GUELA General Hospital, of Edmonton, aged 34

years.

HARDING 1904-09-17 - Blairmore, Alberta Died - E.C. HARDING secretary of the miners union at Lillre, a

new coal camp two miles from Frank, comitted suicide in the house of ill fame.

HARRINGTON 1904-12-16 - Calgary, Alberta Died - Dr. Ed HARRINGTON of Red Deer, died at the Holy Cross

Hospital, Calgary Sunday night as a result of blood poisoning from being kicked in the knee. He

had been inspector for the district of Mange.

HEADINGER 1904-03-03 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Nick (Son of) HEADINGER Son of Mr. And Mrs. Nick

Healing, died last Friday age 5.

HEARITY 1904-06-07 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - James HEARITY Died in General Hospital, James

Hearity, of Minneapolis, on his way to Wetaskiwin with a load of stock. He was kicked at Moose

Jaw by one of his horses and taken to Edmonton Hospital, 30 Years.

HENAGER 1904-04-09 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - J.J. HENAGER Tired of a lonely life in a moment of

reckless despondency, J.J. Henager, an old gunsmith who plied the trade in his little shack in the

rear of the Great West Land Company offices, gulped down some deadly poison at 2:20 this

afternoon and died in an hour later.

HERONDON 1904-11-01 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - George HERONDON died last week from the effects of a

bad cold which settled on his lungs. He was the second oldest son of Theo Herondon. The

funeral took place Saturday.

HEWITT 1904-09-09 - Sintaluta, Saskatchewan Died - Misses HEWITT Two sisters, Misses Hewitt, (both

dressmakers) were burned today (September 8, 1904) at St. Mathias on Bellwood Avenue. Misses

Hewitt of Montrose were klled on the railway wreck at Sintaluta.

HINMAN 1904-11-23 - Cardston, Alberta Died - Frank HINMAN Frank Hinman (11) and Charles Woulf (13)

dies as a result of drinking strychnine which they thought was root beer.

HODGENS 1904-09-26 - Fort Francis, Ontario Died - J. HODGENS former school teacher, lately clerk in

Williams store, was drowned in the rapids.

HOLBEN 1904-03-14 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - James HOLBEN of Ponoka, on March 12th.

HUNT 1904-07-23 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Charles HUNT of Strathcona, age 46

INNES 1904-02-01 - Winnipeg, Manitoba Died - J.W. INNES died Wednesday from the effects of an

accident.

JOHNSTONE 1904-12-13 - Winnipeg, Manitoba Died - George JOHNSTONE a teamster dropped dead in a hotel

bar last night.
