last spring, died Saturday from Turbuculosis.

being dragged up out of the river yesterday with the aid of a capstan, when it tore loose and

struck Mr. J. Kelly on the side of his head killing him almost instanly.

was the victim of a shooting accident while huntiing. While sitting on a log to rest he drew his

rifel toward him. The gun discharge, and the bullet entered over the heart, striking his ribs.
