CLARK 1905-09-12 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Alexander CLARK The death of Mr. Alexander Clark of the

Imperial Bank staff occurred lat night in the Public Hospital. He died of typhoid complications.

Originally from Rotherham near Sheffield, England. Age 26

CLARKSON 1905-11-21 - Theherne, Manitoba Died - John CLARKSON While making a seizure of wheat on a

farm near Treherne yesterday morning, Deputy Bailiff, John Clarkson was shot dead by Eli

Grubb, the owner.

CLOUSTON 1905-06-05 - Montreal, Quebec Died - CLOUSTON daughter of E.S. Clouston, dropped dead

while returning from a dinner party. She had just returned from England to assist as bridesmaid at

a fashionable wedding.

COFFEE 1905-09-15 - London, U.K. Died - E.P. COFFEE managing director of the Trusts and Guarantees

Co. died in London, England yesterday of typhoid fever.

CRAWFORD 1905-06-12 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Richard T. CRAWFORD The death occurred yesterday

morning of Richard T. Crawford, aged 55. Formerly of Woodstock, Ontario, to be buried in the

Edmonton Cemetery.

CUMMING 1905-12-06 - Toronto, Ontario Died - James CUMMING 16 years old, died in emergency hospital

last night, from injuries received from falling down an elevator shaft in the warehouse of the

Knox-Magee Co.

DAWSON 1905-07-03 - Arcola Assa, Saskatchewan Died - Leslie DAWSON a barber of this town, dropped

dead yesterday.

D'EASUM 1905-12-22 - Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta Died - Bernard Geoffrey D'EASUM on the 16th, Bernard

Geoffrey Chickester, aged one year, eleven months, son of Mr. And Mrs. D.C. D'Easum.

DEKASTNER 1905-11-09 - Quebec City, Quebec Died - DEKASTNER a French professor in the Boys High

School and a native of France, dropped dead about 9 o'clock this morning in the boy's school.

DIAMOND 1905-06-09 - Belleville, Ontario Died - Henry DIAMOND Handsome Mrs. Henry Diamond is

believed to have been murdered by strychnine poison. Her husband and her mother-in-law are

under suspicion.

DICKSON 1905-01-07 - Brandon, Manitoba Died - James DICKSON a farmer of the Hamiiota district, has

died of lockjaw here. He came last year from Barrie.

DOBSON 1905-08-07 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Miss. Agness DOBSON formerly of Sarnia, Ontario, but

for the last four months has been engaged as a nurse at the Banff Sanitarium passed away at

the General Hospital here (Edmonton) last Thursday where she had been for the last two weeks

suffering from typhoid complications. She was a niece of Mrs. William Boyle of this city.

DOOLAN 1905-11-30 - St. Albert, Alberta Died - Thomas J. DOOLAN At his late residence, St. Albert, on

November 19, Thomas J. Doolan, aged 62 years and 9 months. Funeral services were held at St.

Albert Church on Friday, November 24, at 10 o'clock. The deceased was born in Ireland and

came to Canada 58 years ago. He fought in the Crimean War. A wife, a son, J.F. Doolan who

resides at Fort Saskatchewan and two daughters survive him.

DRAPER 1905-12-20 - Halifax, Nova Scotia Died - George W. DRAPER ex-governor of Melville Island, is

dead at the age of 82.

DRURY 1905-01-14 - Barrie, Ontario Died - Hon. Charles DRURY Ontario First Minister of Agriculture, and

a sheriff of County Simco since 1894, died last night aged 61 years.

DURHAM 1905-12-18 - Battleford, Saskatchewan Died - T.J. DURHAM newsagent on the CNR Special,

died at Battleford on the westward trip.

ECCLES 1905-12-06 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Mary ECCLES on Monday 4 December, Mary Eccles,

mother of S.J. Eccles, aged 68 years. The funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon at

2'oclock from All Saints Church to the Edmonton Cemetery.

FLEMING 1905-01-20 - Winnipeg, Manitoba Died - FLEMING of Bracebridge, was today drowned in a

shallow lake while on a mission of mercy.

GAMMON 1905-05-03 - Selkirk, Manitoba Died - Charles I. GAMMON Captain of Selkirk, died today from

injuries received on Sunday last from escaping steam on a tug.

GAMMON 1905-04-10 - Beaudette, Minn., USA Died - GAMMON A terrible tragedy was committed at

Beaudette, Minn. Across from Rainy River, Ontario this afternoon, resulting in the murder of

Mayor Gammon. He was chief officer over Spooner, a new town near there and his crusade

against certain characters in that town enraged them with the result that the mob went to

Beaudette this afternoon and after threatening desperate things, fired a shot at the mayor,

GARDINER 1905-08-17 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - William Frederick GARDINER of the Hudson's Bay co.

died on the morning of August 17 at 3 o'clock, aged 64 years. The funeral will leave his residence

on Tenth Street at 2 P.M. Tomorrow, August 18, to the Edmonton Cemetery.

GAUVREAU 1905-02-15 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Louis Valmore GAUVREAU At Edmonton General hospital

on Tuesday, February 14, Louis Valmore, eldest son of the late P.V. Gauvreau and Mrs. H.M.

Gaurvreau, Edmonton, aged nineteen years and nine months. Had contracted pneumonia in

Wetaskiwin after having come from the Landing. He was a telegraph operator.

GIBSON 1905-06-20 - Serajgange, India Died - Grace Christina GIBSON At Serajgange, Eastern Bengal,

India on the 10th inst. Drowned in the River Ganges in an attempting the rescue of two natives,

Grace Christian Gibson, M.A. B.SC. Of the Baptist Medical Mission, youngest daughter of the late

John Hapwood Gibson, Esq. manufacturer, Scotland and niece of Sir. John Woodburn,

lieutenant-governor of Bengal.

GOULDING 1905-09-23 - Toronto, Ontario Died - Joseph GOULDING On Sunday last Joseph Goulding and a

nephew, Freddie Goulding ate poisoned mushrooms. On Wednesday morning Freddie died and

this morning, Mr. Goulding died.
