| of the Canadian Northern Railway at Footes Bay, near Parry Sound. |

| died in the hospital here yesterday from pleuropneumonia. She was a daughter of the late Hon. |

| years, of diabetes. Mrs. Gaetz died last December. |

1907-06-17 - Quebec City, Quebec Died - Alfred GAGNON A shocking drowning fatality is |
| reported at Hamilton Cove, Saguenay Co. Several canoes filled with workmen started out to |
| cross above the falls. One of the canoes containing seven men was caught in the current and |
| swept over the falls all being drowned. The victims were: Alfred Gagnon. Geo. Quinn, Xavier |
| Guerin, James Quinn, Phillips Chaffadeau, Zenon Otis, Geo Campion. |

| week, Mr. Alfred E. Gavfer. The deceased came to Wetaskiwin when about 5 years of age from |
| Ingersoll, Ont. and opened up a drugstore in which business he has ever since continued. He was |
| a member of the IOOF, the KP and the COF. He leaves a wife and 3 small children. The funeral |
| took place on Fri. from the residence on Pearce St. to the English Church and from thence to |

| died of pneumonia and typhoid fever, was 38 years of age and leaves a husband and adopted |

1907-07-12 - Wardener, British Columbia Died - Earl GIBBONS Two men were drowned here when |
| their boat which was going to return them to town capsized and throwing them into the Kootenay |
| River. Earl Gibbons and Pat Higgins were drowned in the swift current. |

| was drowned at West Ft. William while unloading coal was found today. |

1907-02-21 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Douglas A. GILLIES The death occurred on Wed. of |
| Douglas A. Gillies, the 7 year old son of Donald Gillies of the Bulletin. The little lad had been ill |
| with scarlet fever but had recovered sufficiently to be at play again when he was taken ill and |
| died in a few hours. The funeral will take place tomorrow to the Edmonton Cemetery. |

1907-07-11 - Halifax, Nova Scotia Died - Dr. Edwin GILPIN deputy commissioner of Works and |
| Mines for N.S., died at his residence at the North West Arm last night of a stroke of paralysis. |
| He was a son of Dean Gilpin of Halifax. |

1907-04-22 - Mount Forest, Ontario Died - Fred GILSTORF A fatal accident occurred Sat. |
| morning at the village of Conn on the town line between Arthur and West Luther townships about 8 |
| miles from Mt. Forest by which two men were killed, while a third lies in critical condition. About |
| 9:OOAM, the boiler at Bishop's chopping and sawmill exploded entirely wrecking the building and |
| almost instantly killing Norman Gilstorf. an employee aged 21 son of Fred Gilstorf, an Arthur |
| Twp. farmer and Pat Cannon, a prosperous West Luther farmer who had just arrived with a load to |
| the mill. Cause is supposed to have been a defective boiler |
