1907-02-20 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - Leo T. LACZKOWSKI The remains of the late Leo T. |
| Laczkowski, who died at the Misencordia Hospital yesterday were sent south on the C.P.R. this |
| morning to Spring Lake where interment will take place. He was 27 years of age and originally |
| came from Minnesota. A sister is at present in the city and 2 brothers reside in B.C. |

1907-05-13 - Regina, Saskatchewan Died - Mr. LAFLEM Word reached the city yesterday of a |
| drowning which took place about 6 miles north of the City in Boggy Creek, near what is known as |
| Grants Bridge. The victim of the accident was Mr. Laflem a farmer living about 8 miles from the |
| city on the Foxleigh Trail. |

1907-09-11 - Cape Beauld, Newfoundland Died - William LAGATHE At Cape Beauld on the |
| Newfoundland coast, William Lagathe and Joseph Colin, both of Quebec, died when they |
| mistakenly drank wood alcohol. |

| struck by a train and killed. |

| herself to death yesterday. |

| fire here today. George H. Lamb, about 30 years of age, a native of Durham, England; Joseph |
| Hardy, pit foreman, 52 years of age, a native of Newcastle on Tyne, England leaves a wife and |
| two children in Newcastle. Percy Harrington was about 27 years of age, unmarried and came |
| from Essex, England; J.T. Tettley. was 27 years of age, unmarried and a native of |
| Barrow-in-Farness, Lanes., England. Wm. McClelland was about 24 years of age, unmarried and |
| from South Africa. F. Thepot was about 30 years of age and a native of Brittany, South of |

| the result of a collision at Lachine last evening between a GTR passenger train and a brewery |
| sleigh driven by Victor Lamotz whose skull was crushed. |

| revolver which he placed in his mouth. |

| American elevator. He was engaged at work in the basement of the building when, accidentally, |
| his clothing caught in the revolving shafting. Instantly he was wheeled around, his body coming in |
| contact with beams above the shafting. His body was terribly mangled. |
