1907-04-29 - Virden, Ontario Died - A.G. McDOUGALL town clerk, died unexpectedly today. He |
| was born in Scotland in 1836 and spent most of his time in the shipping business in Liverpool. He |
| came to this country and settled in Seaforth, Ont. and eventually came to Virden in 1882 where |
| he was engaged in farming for 4 or 5 years. He then moved into town and was engaged in the |
| real estate business and was also magistrate, town clerk and clerk of the municipality of Wallace |
| McDOUGALL |
1907-06-07 - Owen Sound, Ontario Died - Captain George McDOUGALL of the steamer Athabasca |
| died here today. He had been ill for some time. |
| McFARLANE |
1907-02-02 - Toronto, Ontario Died - George McFARLANE who had charge of the power house in |
| the shale pit on Scarlet Road, York Co. was instantly killed by an explosion of dynamite. |
| McFAYDEN |
1907-10-29 - Kincardine, Ontario Died - William McFAYDEN The death of Wm. McFayden on the |
| boundary of Kincardine Twp. occurred on Sat. He was badly hurt by a bull on Thurs. He was a |
| bachelor and 65 years of age. |
| McGIBBON |
1907-04-06 - Gladstone, Manitoba Died - David McGIBBON While switching at the CNR yards |
| here, David McGibbon, a brakeman, was caught between the couplings and injured so badly that |
| he died 30 minutes after the accident. |

1907-03-15 - Edmonton, Alberta Died - William McGILLIS The death occurred last night at the |
| Misericordia Hospital of William McGillis of Sturgeon. The deceased had been ill for some time |

1907-01-21 - Kenora, Ontario Died - Alex McGILLIVRAY Three men were killed and three men |
| were injured in a dynamite accident at Dutton and McArthurs camp. The men had sprung a hole in |
| the morning and were loading it in the afternoon when without warning an explosion occurred. The |
| names of the dead are Alex McGillivray, foreman; Jos. Novette a Frenchman of whom nothing |
| can be learned and a Galician named John Tomazouski. |

1907-06-24 - Toronto, Ontario Died - Joseph McGOVERN While engaged as a lineman at Toronto |
| Junction Sat. morning, Joseph McGovern caught hold of two live wires and a current of 2200 |
| volts passed through his body killing him instantly. |

1907-03-14 - Walkerville, Ontario Died - Frank McINTYRE got an arm caught in a belt of the |
| machinery of the Ontario Asphalt Block Co. today. He died of his injuries. |

1907-12-03 - Fort Francis, Ontario Died - William K. McINTYRE a farmer, shot himself through |
| the mouth, blowing out his brains. He was aged 35. |

| Misericordia Hospital of Owen McKay of Leduc. He had been ill with meningitis. He leaves a wife |

1907-01-03 - Belleville, Ontario Died - Mrs. McKENNA A fatal accident occurred near Holloway in |
| this county on New Years Day. Mrs. McKenna of Toronto was driving with her sister Miss J. |
| Wibon of Holloway and her adopted daughter, Miss. Margaret Macfarlane. The horses ran away |
| and they were thrown out. Miss Wilson (note difference is spelling) had a fractured arm, Mrs. |
| McKenna escaped with bruises but Miss Margaret Macfarlane's skull was fractured and she died |

1907-07-02 - Medicine Hat, Alberta Died - William McKINLEY Last night an express car when just |
| at Brock Stn. 95 miles west of Medicine Hat, exploded due to a gas tank and killed William |
| McKinley of Orangeville, Ont. |

1907-02-21 - Portage La Prairie, Manitoba Died - James McKINNEY Mrs. William King passed |
| away peacefully at the age of 58. The deceased lady resided here for nearly 20 years. Death |
| also claimed James McKinney. Deceased had been drinking heavily. |

1907-07-24 - Cranbrook, British Columbia Died - J. McLEOD J. McLeod and J. Lewis, two |
| employees of the Marysville smelter drowned in the St. Mary's River. McLeod is the son of |
| wealthy parents in Scotland. |

1907-02-13 - Montreal, Quebec Died - Fireman McMAHON of Montreal on the Grand Trunk |
| Portland Express, met with a peculiar death yesterday near Island Pond, Vt. The driving rod broke |
| and coming through the bottom of the cab, sent the fireman through the top, breaking his neck. |

1907-04-09 - Strathcona, Alberta Died - Edward J. McMILLAN a well known resident of |
| Strathcona, was knocked under a moving train about 1 A.M. at the C.P.R. depot at Strathcona. In |
| spite of all that medical skill and trained help could accomplish, he died about 5 A.M. this |
| morning. The unfortunate man was 30 years of age and unmarried. His parents reside in |
