| fell back a dead man. Mr. Price had died from heart disease. |

| at Hamilton Cove, Saguenay Co. Several canoes filled with workmen started out to cross above |
| the falls. One of the canoes containing seven men was caught in the current and swept over the |
| falls all being drowned. The victims were: Alfred Gagnon. Geo. Quinn, Xavier Guerin, James |
| Quinn, Phillips Chaffadeau, Zenon Otis, Geo Campion. |

| wife and three children have frozen to death Mrs. Radcliffe and 3 children were found frozen stiff |
| in their home and no fuel in the house. Radcliffe and his team of oxen were also found frozen to |
| death on the ice in the creek with a sleigh loaded with coal It is thought Radcliffe lost his way in a |
| storm and wandered about until overcome. Raddiffe arrived from England last May, taking up a |
