| General Hospital yesterday. The remains will be sent to Wetaskiwin. |

1907-09-05 - Toronto, Ontario Died - Mrs. Janet EWING 22 years old and Mrs. John Shannon. 50 |
| years old, both visitors from Harlock, Huron Co., were suffocated by gas in the Osgoode House |
| at an early hour this morning. |

1907-05-21 - Mannville, Alberta Died - George EWING Much sympathy is felt for Mrs. Ewing on |
| the death of her husband George Ewing who died very suddenly at Mannville on Tues. evening. |
| Mr. Ewing and his family had just arrived a few days ago from Ontario where he had been a |
| prominent farmer in Bruce Co. Mayor Clement of Vegreville was present at the funeral, he being |
| a neighbor of Mr. Ewing's in Ontario. |

| room last evening and swallowed a bottle of carbolic acid dying a few minutes afterward. |

| the head by a baseball a week ago died last night of his injuries. |

1907-07-25 - Midland, Ontario Died - J.G. FELLOWS employed as section hand on the GTP was |
| instantly killed yesterday by stepping in front of a moving train in an effort to get out of the way |
| of an engine which was going along another track. |

1907-01-21 - Calgary, Alberta Died - Edward FERDINAND This city is greatly excited over the |
| lamentable tragedy which occurred Sat. Morning when the dead bodies of Edward Ferdinand, his |
| wife and their still-born babe were found in their home at 323 Fourth Ave. E. at about 11:20. Two |
| children aged possibly 2 and 3 were found. They are living but are so badly frozen that slight |
| hopes are held out for their recovery. |

| of Fort William, was found lying in the CNR tracks in the yard limits here. It is believed he |
| started to walk to Ft. William on the tracks and was struck by an engine. |

1907-01-17 - Grenfell, Saskatchewan Died - Mr. FERGUSON A Grenfell dispatch reports that a |
| mysterious suicide occurred near Summerbury on Wed. Jan 2. A man giving his name as |
| Ferguson, hailing from Ontario has been working for Thos. Fleming Sr. Wednesday he |
| disappeared from the house and was not seen until last Sun. morning when his body was |
| discovered in the pasture about a 1/4 mile away. It was found lying on its face with the throat cut |
| and an open razor in the right hand. He was apparently well educated and wrote a beautiful hand |
| and in addressing his letters always got someone else to write the address. A number of these |
| letters were addressed to St. Thomas, Ontario. |

| and the former Indian agent at the Snake Plains Reserve, dropped dead yesterday morning at |
| his home in Duck Lake from heart failure. |

| who fell from a moving train while employed as a brakeman by the C.P.R. some months ago, |

| occurred yesterday at his home on Kinistino Ave. of Archie Fortier who had been ill for some time |
| with typhoid fever. Interment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. |
