Arrangements Being Completed for their Reception. Names of Those in the Party

The council of the Board of Trade and the committee of the City Council are busy this afternoon arranging for the reception of the Canadian Manufacturers' association tomorrow. The manufacturers went north early this morning on their special train, and will return to Calgary at 7 o'clock in the morning. They are only to remain here about five hours.
