Western Canada Winners.
The trip to Banff prevented the holding of any formal closing exercises in the
Western Canada college. However it was necessary to have a short session after
the boys returned from camp that the results of the examinations might be read,
and the prizes presented. This private session was held yesterday.
After a few remarks by the principal as to the class of work done in the
examinations, the prizes were presented. The following is the list of the
winners:
Class III-- Mathematics., W. Skinner; English, C. Child; Latin, C. Hogg.
Class II.-- Mathematics., E. Ings; English, S. Jackson; Latin, T. Hooley.
Class I.-- Mathematics., J. Bone; English, H. Anderson and A. Bone, equal.
