St. Mary's Examinations.
During the past week examinations were held at St. Mary's Boys' school and
resulted as follows:
From Standard IV to V.-- R. Berrington, H. McPhelan, H. Kelly, W. Somes, F.
Burns.
From Standard III to Standard IV.-- A. Reilly, D. Scott, R. Fraslin, A.
Ashmore, A. Pottinger, W. Mott, C. Askell, R. Armstrong.
From Standard II to Standard III.-- George Forbes, Richard Ashmore, Lloyd
Harvey, Murray McCaffrey, Harvey Sheedy, John Osweski, Reggie Armstrong.
The pupils who were absent for part of the examinations or who have not spent
the desired time in their present standard and who do not, therefore,
know the work well, will be better in their present standard for another term.
