THREE LODGES MET

JOINT INSTALLATION BY CALGARY ODDFELLOWS.

Grand Officers Assisted at the Ceremony which was Full of Interest to Three Link Men.

There was a record attendance of Oddfellows last evening at the regular meeting of Sandstone City lodge No. 17.
After routine business, Grand Master J. W. Mitchell, ably assisted by D. D  G. M. Brewer as acting grand marshal, Past Grand Master E. Fo---er Brown, of Macleod, Grand Treasurer Adames, and other acting grand officers, proceeded to install the elective and appointed officers of the three city lodges. A large number of members were present, and the ceremony was full of interest and instruction.

Speeches were made by the grand lodge officers, the past grand master, and the incoming and retiring officers of the different lodges, all of which were greatly appreciated.

At the conclusion refreshments were served, consisting of coffee, cake, sandwiches, fruit and cigars, and the gathering dispersed about midnight, all agreeing that a "very pleasant time was had."
