WESTWARD HO COLLEGE.
The results of the December examinations have been very
satisfactory. During the term a number of boys have been admitted and no
further application of boys in residence can be attended to as the number is now
complete. There are vacancies for two day boys. It is hoped in the near future
to put up a new building so as to be able to accommodate those boys on the list
seeking admission.
The results of the Christmas examinations are as follows:
General Proficiency Prizes.
Preparatory Form-- Jack Howe; honorable mention H. H. Hallier
and J. Lubbock.
Lower Second Form-- Howard Emery; honorable mention Mac Macintosh, P. Calder,
A. Channell.
Upper Second Form-- Douglas Emery; honorable mention L. Blain, A. Ponton.
Third Form-- (presented by E. F. Slocock, esq.) Gordon Wilkins; honorable
mention H. H. Smith, R. H. Boyce.
