APPOINTMENTS CONFIRMED.
Col. Carstairs has received notice that the following
appointments have been confirmed: 101st regiment: To be lieutenants, R. B.
Wells, George S. Day; to be provisional lieutenants, J. D. Hyndman and S. R.
Farquharson. The military orders also contain the following with reference to
the 19th Alberta Dragoons: To be major, Captain W. Fane, Vice-Major J. L.
Whitelake, lately transferred to the regular staff.
