Llandovery Castle (Hospital Ship) - Sunk

Ottawa, July 4, 1918 The following list of names of Canadian officers, NCO’s and men who sailed from England on the last voyage to Canada of the hospital ship Llandovery Castle has been received from overseas by the militia department. It was issued by the acting minister of militia Hon. Martin Burrell. This list is subject to revision, as it is possible that some of the staff obtained leave of absence when the ship docked at Halifax and did not return with her to England. The Liandovery Castle was staffed from the side and the list given below comprises the names of these who sailed from England. It is as follows

New Zealand sends Sympathy

 

Ottawa Ont. July 4, 1918 The following telegram has been received from the Governor of New Zealand by his Excellency the Governor-General
