The Alberta government telephones held a Christmas tree and social at Madame Gladys Attree's dancing studio Friday evening. Presents and stockings were presented to 108 children by Father Christmas in person. The children and parents numbered over 400, and all had a thoroughly good time. Among the out-of-town visitors were the following: R. B. Baxter, Walter Mackie, J. D. Baker, F. Doolan, H. B. Stevens, J. H. Hillier, Edmonton; Leo, Warden, Lethbridge; O. Byers, Medicine Hat; J. Boorman, Didsbury; W. Topham, Cochrane. Other guests were: Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Burke, A.M. Allen, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Ragan, W. Jameson, Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Spalding, Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Blaikie, Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Sharin, Mr. Thorpe, Mrs. Hammond, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stillwell, Mr. and Mrs. A. Baird, Mr. and Mrs. Soper, Mrs. Hicks, Miss E.
