MILITIA NOTES
Battalion orders by Lieut.-Col. P. Anderson, D.S.O.,
commanding 2nd Battalion, Edmonton Regiment (9th Bn., C.E.F.), Prince of Wales
armories, Edmonton, November 24, 1921.
Parades-- The battalion will parade at the Prince of Wales armories, at 8 p.m.
Friday, November 25, 1921. Dress, civilian clothes.
Recruiting-- Recruiting will be carried on by the following officers of the
battalion at the Prince of Wales armories every Tuesday and Friday evening:
Capt. H. C. L. Gillman, "A" company.
Lieut. J. H. Roy, "B" company.
Major T. C. Sims, "C" company.
Capt. W. D. Turner, "D" company.
Lieut. E. Brown, M.M., signal section.
Training-- All company commanders will immediately arrange with the
musketry officer for the commencement of musketry instruction of their
commands.
Returns-- Company commanders are again reminded that a state showing the number
of men on the strength of their company and the number of each rank on parade
for the evening is to be handed in to the battalion orderly room for
transmission to district headquarters.

Battery orders by Major H. H. Sterns, commanding 92nd Battery, C.F.A.
All ranks will parade at the
Prince of Wales armories on Tuesday, the 29th inst., at 8 p.m. sharp.
Instruction in gunnery. Dress, mufti.
Indoor Baseball-- The battery indoor baseball team will meet the R.C.M.P. in a
league fixture on Monday, the 28th inst., at 8 p.m. All members of the team and
spare men will be at the armories not later than 7:30 p.m.
