The palm room of the Macdonald was the scene of
a charming little ball on Tuesday evening, given by the Overseas Nursing
Sisters' club. The patronesses were Mrs. D. M. Duggan, Mrs. W. D. Ferris and
Mrs. R. T. Washburn. The committee in charge of the arrangements consisted of
Mrs. John Turner, president of the club, Mrs. Kaline, Miss Persky and Miss
Persky, and Miss Chinnock.
