Among the most interesting ceremonies, the recent Vice-regal visit to Montreal was the presentation of medals by his Excellency the Governor-General to the nurses of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, who had know war service. Those receiving medals were;

Mrs. J.W. Bolton received the medal for her only daughter, Miss Bolton, who died on service in England in 1919. Miss. Marguerete Terroux and Miss Isabel Williamson, who were also to have been decorated were unable to be present on account of illness.
