(Special Dispatch to the Herald)
OLDS, April 1, 1922 The assembly from of the Olds School of Agriculture was crowded to overflowing Thursday night, the occasion being the eighth annual closing exercises. There were several noted speakers from different parts of the province.
Rev H.H. Ringham, pastor of the First Baptist church, Calgary was the first speaker, and delighted the large audience with wit and humor in the first part of his address, but later turned to the serious side of his subject “Citizenship”.
Dean Howes of the Edmonton university, gave a splendid address, as did N.S. Smith, M.P. Olds.
