WILL PAY TRIBUTE TO PIONEER DEAD

Loses many members by Death.
A sincere and silent tribute to 20 pioneers of this country who have died during the past year will be paid by members of the Southern Alberta Pioneers’ and Old Timers Association at the annual meeting here on Thursday afternoon and evening. Following a custom inaugurated a few years ago, the names of those who have passed away will be read, and the members standing will observe two minutes silence.
Those whose names appear on the list as members of the organization and who came to this country prior to 1890, are as follows

With practically all the preliminary details arranged and announcement of the bi banquet, dance and round-up in full circulation through the country, requests for reservations have been pouring in from outside points. We have eventually established the fact that the organization embraces all the old timers of Southern Alberta, and that it is not a Calgary organization only.
