C.A. Examination Results Announced In City Wednesday

Candidates from this city, Calgary and Lethbridge are among the successful writers of chartered  accountants examinations, results of which were released on Wednesday by the Senate of the University of Alberta. Successful candidates will be admitted to membership at the annual mmeting  of the Chartered Accountants Institute, to be held in this city on June 17.


Below are the examination results:


Final examinations-- Passed; Calgary: Eric Connolly, John Malcolm Tweddle. Edmonton: Robert Winslow, Hamilton; Lethbridge, George Albert Young.


Supplementals granted-- Edmonton: B. G. Aylen-- Company Law and Accounting No. 2; C. K. R. Huckvale-- Law of Executors, etc. and Accounting No. 1; W. G. Skinner, Law of Executors, etc. and Auditing.


Intermediate Examination-- Passed; Calgary: James Kerr, C. V. Milne, Harold Garvon Richardson, Edwin Russell Roach. Edmonton:  Gilbert Edward Gee, Sidney Hamilton, T. H. Magee. Drumheller: J. W. L. Anderson.


Supplementals granted-- Calgary: E. A. Campbell, Company Law and Accounting No. 2; A. J. Fraser-- Company Law. Edmonton-- C. T. Richards-- Company Law and Mathematics; D. E. Walford-- Accounting No. 1, Geo. Fream-- Deferred examinations in four subjects. Lethbridge: J. R. Steakley—Mathematics


The Institute prizes for 1933 have been awarded to R. W. Hamilton, Edmonton (final) and C. V. Milne, Calgary, (intermediate).
