Six Lawyers From Calgary Named K. C.'s
EDMONTON, Jan. 2.-- (Special)-- Six Calgary barristers were included in the
list of twenty-three new King's Counsel, made public Wednesday by Hon. J. F.
Lymburn, attorney-general.
The Calgary barristers named on the list are: H. G. Nolan, H. C. Farthing, A.
H. Goodall, A. de K. Winter, C. H. Smith, and Norman Dingle.
Other lawyers appointed follow: L. Y. Cairns, Stanley H. McCuaig, John A. Weir,
William R. Howson, Neville R. Lindsay, W. Dixon Craig, M. I. Lieberman, James
B. McBride and John C. McDonald, all of Edmonton; A. D. Hogg, Lethbridge; Brian
L. Cooke, Taber; John L. Fawcett, Macleod; Fred C. Meyer, Drumheller; Charles
H. Russell, Wetaskiwin; Abner C. Virtue, Lethbridge; John R. Watt, Claresholm; and
Joseph McIsaac, Sexsmith.
