Pennsylvania is 283 miles long and 160 miles wide. Pennsylvania covers 46,058 square miles, making it the 33rd largest in the States.
Land Area: 44,820 square miles.
Water Area: 1,239 square miles.
Pennsylvania is bordered by New York and Lake Erie on the north, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey on the south, New York and New Jersey on the east, Ohio and a small portion of West Virginia on the west.
