Courts
Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
- Kelvin O. Irish, 47, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June. 26, 2006, incident from which no blood-alcohol level was available. Juneau Judge Larry R. Weeks imposed 365 days in jail with 305 days suspended, ordered Irish to pay $4,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for three years and placed him on probation for three years.
- Kevin Richard, 42, was found guilty of driving while under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 12, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .166 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 70 days in jail with 50 days suspended, ordered Richard to pay $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and place him on probation for two years.
- Edward Zerbach, 15, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an June 24, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .086 percent. Juneau Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Collins, imposed 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended, ordered Zerbach to pay $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for ninety days and placed him on probation for one year
