Courts
Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
- Timothy Nelson, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 4, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .129 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, ordered Nelson to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.
- Jim W. Marks, 65, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Sept. 9, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .142 percent. Levy imposed 80 days in jail with 100 days suspended, ordered Marks to pay $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked his license for year and placed him on probation for three years.
- Robert Montag, was found guilty of driving while under the influence, stemming from an Nov. 3, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .311 percent. Levy, imposed 20 days in jail with 50 days suspended, ordered Montag to pay $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and placed him on probation for three years.
- Claude ODell, 62, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Sept. 20, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .255 percent. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 84 days suspended, ordered ODell to pay $3,500 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.
- Evangeline Davis, 60, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Sept. 30, 2006, incident from which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .237 percent. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 54 days suspended, ordered Davis to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and placed her on probation for two years.
- Collier Flory, 55, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Sept. 30, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .140 percent. Levy imposed 3 days in jail with 40 days suspended, ordered Flory to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.
- Jeffrey Horton, 44, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 8, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .213 percent. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, ordered Horton to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.
