Courts
Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
- Jamie Kelley, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 29, 2000, incident from which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .283 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 54 days suspended, ordered Kelley to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and placed her on probation for two years.
- Robert Montag, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 3, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .211 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 50 days suspended, ordered Montag to pay $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and placed him on probation for three years.
