Courts
Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
- Mary Brenna, 50, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 13, 2006, incident from which no blood-alcohol was available. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Brenna $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put her on probation for two years and revoked her license for 90 days.
- Marsha Valle, 35, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 2, 2006, incident from her blood-alcohol was measured at .2 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Valle $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put her on probation for 18 months and revoked her license for 90 days.
- Joshua Clark, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 2, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .173 percent. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Clark $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for 18 months and revoked his license for 90 days.
- Frank H. Miller, 43, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 18, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .106 percent. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Miller $3,000 with none suspended and revoked his license for one year.
