Would like to find information on the Public Schools that were in the confines of what is now Fort McClellan Reservation, my father Raymond Hurst ANDERSON attended school in that area about 1904-08. ANDERSON's and other family members are buried in the Antioch Cemetery on that Fort. Any help will be greatly appreciated. leemac2@flash.net

GARVIN--I am researching my GARVIN family line. My Grandfather was William Shelton GARVIN born May 1877, he and several siblings were born in Calhoun County Alabama. I am hoping someone could check to see if there is a William and Perlina GARVIN with at least 4 children on the 1880 census. Thanks

Looking for John Blair HAYES(b. 11/28/1816) of White Plains in Calhoun Co. Parents were Anderson Sharp HAYES and Martha Cynthia BLAIR of Marshall Co. Tn., where John HAYES was born. He was living in area at least into the late 1850's.

Their mother is listed as Mary 1858 Ohio. Other siblings listed are James J. (9) Viola (7) Daniel E (2) and Sarah A (0). Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated.
