1870 MORTALITY SCHEDULE FOR BAKER COUNTY
From  Alabama Census Mortality Schedule,
 F325 .A338 1981, Reel 2

Many families seem to be missing from this census, one researcher suggested that they might not have wanted to talk to "carpetbagger  representatives" of the federal government. Also the county lines had changed and they might not have been certain which area's were in Baker County and overlooked some.
I have 4 deaths I know of from estate records I can not find in the mortality records of  Baker or surrounding counties which should be on this list.
I have attempted to be as accurate as possible but the film is of fair at best and varies to poor, if you find a possible match I suggest you look to the microfilm to confirm or dispute my transcription.
I have enclosed the most questionable items in brackets (   ) and /or used a ?.
