My husband is from Red Bay (James Earnest Holland)and I was wondering if there was any information about his family history as he does not know alot of the names of relatives outside of the grandparents. Apparantly, his grandfather had 17 brothers, so it was hard to keep track. My husband's father's name was also James Holland and his mother's was Willie McKinney Holland. If there is any information available about either side or both, it would be much appreciated!

Any info on George Bullard/Ballard b. 1849, sister Margaret b. 1851 and sister 'Emma" no birth year, from Alabama. Emma married ? Arnold around 1868 and gave birth to John Henry Arnold in July 1869. I have found all but 'Emma'in the home of Elijah Bates in Shannon County, MO in 1860 and living in Sharp county, AR in 1870. Cannot find them anywhere before 1860, have no idea who "Emma" married. Haven't seen Emma in any records. Just looking for my roots.
