It appearing to the
satisfaction of the courts that Christiana ALSOP Adminsitratrice
of the Goods & C
which were of William ALSOP deceased at the time of this death
has moved beyond the limits of this State,
and regrets the said Administratriceship. It is therefore
considered that she be removed from the said Administratrieship,
and that the letters of Administration to her granted be revoked.
On the application of David SMITH one of the Securities of Christiana ALSOP in her Administratriceship of the Goods & C which were of William ALSUP late of said County at the time of his death from which she has just been removed. It is ordered that Hugh M. WARREN sheriff of said County be appointed Administrator of all and singular the said goods chattels and credits which were of said deceased at the time of his death.

So . . . as the same has not been Administered by Christiana ALSOP former Administratrice and that letters of Adminstration . . . to him accordingly and that he make return and settlement of his Administration as required by Law.
Ordered that the fourth Monday in December next be appointed a Special Court at which time the sheriff of said County is required to make an official settlement of his Administration de benes non of the Goods and C which were of William ALSOP deceased at the time of his death. It is further ordered that notice be given by three inscriptions of a copy of this order in the Courtland Herald or some other paper published in the northern part of this State, and that the clerk transmit to the Editor a copy.

Which leaves in the hands of the Administrator to be distributed Two hundred and ninety one dollars and fifty nine and one half cents.
It appears that these were a mistake in counting the interest as to the length of time before the amount of the sales amounting to two hundred and thirty seven dollars which added to the amount in the hand of the administrator leaves the amount to be distributed five hundred and twenty eight dollars fifty eight and one half cents.
Which settlement is ordered to be received and the vouchers to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the this Court and the Administrator is ordered to pay said amount to persons thereto entitled.

Jesse ALSUP who was appointed Guardian of Jesse ALSUP at the March term of said Court 1825, ordered that a citation issue to said Guardian commanding him to bee and appear at the Court House in the Town of Moulton on the Wednesday after the third Monday in August next, and that cause if any he has or has why he should not make settlement of said Guardianship as the law directs.

Whereas an order was made at the May Term of this Court in the year 1831 requiring the account of sale of the real estate of William ALSOP late of said County deceased which order was amended to be entered by the Clerk of this Court. It is therefore ordered to be entered now as then.
Ordered that the account of sale of the real estate of the estate of William ALSOP late of said county deceased be returned and shown to by John GREGG administrator of said estate be received and recorded.
Then came by my hands as Administrator of William ALSOP deceased two Notes for Three hundred dollars one due 25th Dec 1831 for $150.00

Which amount is the purchase mainly of the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty one in Township Seven Range Seven sold by order of the Orphan Court of Lawrence County Ala there being no funds belonging to said estate to pay for the same.
