died Oct 26, 1853
Married Winniford (Winnie) Smith ( her obit is listed on this page in 
the Moulton Advertiser obit section) she was born 1791, died 1868.
They are Buried at Friendship cemetery in Lawrence Co.<Al

Zadock was a Farmer, was commissioned Justice of the Peace
of LAwrence Co.Al in Sept 2, 1819.
And wad the brother of Alabama Governor Hugh McVay IV.

Charlotte married William B. Hawkins (her obit is also on this site)
John Anderson McVay married 1) Martha B. Hawkins,2) Francis M. Watkins, 
3)Elizabeth Dutton, 4)Cassandra Ferguson, 5th to Martha Ann Oden.

John Anderson first 4 wives died in Child birth.
