On the application of D. Lynch, Admr. of the Estate of Wm B. Hardin -----------for a final settlement of his said Administration of said Estate and he having filed his accounts and vouchers with the judge of Probate of said County and the same having bin by said Judge duly examined by said Judge and the account audited and reported by said judge it is now ordered by the Court that he make final settlment of his said Admr. at a special Term of said Court to be holden for said County on the first Monday in Feb next 1862 and it is further ordered that notice be given of said settlement by publication in the Moulton Democrat a news Paper. Published in said County for three success weeks requiring all persons interested in said settlement to appear and contest the same-if they chose, and that James H. McDonald be appointed guardian Adlitem of the minor heirs of said Estate to guard there interest in said settlement and that the same be made known to him.

On the application of Darius Lynch, Administrator of the Estate of William B. Hardin deceased for a final Settlement of his administration, and he having heretofore, to wit: at the January term of the said court in the present year, filed his accounts and vouchers with the Judge of Probate of said County, and the same having been duly examined, and an account audited and reported, and publication having been _________in the Moulton Democrat a newspaper published in said County for four weeks requiring all persons interested to appear on the second Monday in February 1862, and contest said settlement if they chose, and J.H.McDonald having been appointed guardian Ad______to guard the interest of the minors heirs of said Estate in said Settlement, and no one having appeared to contest the same, it is now ordered by the Court that the following be received and admitted to record as the final settlement of D. Lynch Administrator of the Estate of W. B. Hardin dec'd which settled in full to Rufus D. Simmons for ____sale, use and benefit, the sum of Twenty dollars & 10 cents as per order. (with a bunch of scratch outs and also an amt of $14.74) on file with ward 4 Far the ________ C. Gibson JPG.
Rec'd of D. Lynch To William C. Simmons for his sale, use and benefit the sum of Adm $21.30. (21.10) Paid to F. Simmons to clothe child by order of court , C. Gibson, JPG. And the said administrator having received a credit of Twenty nine dollars and Seventy-five cents the amount due the officers of this court as fees, on said Administration, and has not paid the same. It is therefore ordered by the court that Execution issue therefor and also that the said heirs Of distribution have execution for the amount of there Judgements as share. It is further ordered that the foregoing be received as a final settlement of D. Lynch Admr. of the Estate of William B. Hardin dec'd. Feb 3, 1862 Charles Gibson, J.P.G.

Balance 241.24 in Administrators hand, which he is ordered to pay to the following named persons who are heirs of said Estate as follows to wit:
To Catherine Parker wife of William Parker for the sole use and benefit of the said Catherine the sum of Sixty Dollars and thirty one cents ($60.31)
To Jane Hardin wife of D. M. Turner for the sole use and benefit of the said Jane Turner the sum of Sixty Dollars and thirty one cents ($60.31)
To Docia Ann Hardin wife of Redden Garrison for her sole use and benefit of the said Docia Ann the Sum of Sixty dollars and thirty one cents ($60.31)
To Eliza Jane Simmons, Rufus D. Simmons and William C. Simmons the sum of Twenty Dollars and 10 cents ($20.10) each for there sole use and benefit. (These are the children of Joel Simmons and grandchildren of William B. Hardin - cp)
