Student Essay Contests

For many years, the Daughters of the American Revolution has sponsored American History Essay Contests.  Today, DAR conducts two essay contests:  one for grades 5-8, and one for grades 9-12.  Students are welcome to participate in the contests, and compete on a local, state, division, and national level for awards      based on their essays.   Topics are new each year.  The Luxapallila Chapter invites you to participate in our American History Essay Contests.
