The society currently has for sale copies of "Lowndes Court House," by Mildred Brewer Russell.  This book is about the early years of Hayneville, the county seat through the Civil War and then some.   This book also has marriage records from 1830 through 1871, though some of these are incorrect.  The cost of the book is $27 including shipping.  Send a check or money order to the above address.
