Seeking info/connection to the family of William CARTER b. ca.1811 in GA. His wife was Martha SKINNER (unproven) b. ca. 1815 in GA. They lived in Randolph Co. in 1840 next door to Uriah CARTER (possibly a brother). This family moved to Talledega Co. by 1850 then into MS.
